Mi Can't Wait: Our Freshness Guarantee & Returns Policy

At Mi Can't Wait, we are committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality farm produce to your doorstep. We meticulously hand-pick and double-inspect every item. Because we stand by our quality, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Our Freshness Guarantee: If you receive any produce that is not fresh, is significantly damaged (beyond what is reasonable for transit), or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We want you to be delighted with every item.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement: We will happily provide a refund or replacement for items that are:

  • Not Fresh: Shows signs of significant spoilage, wilting, or unsuitability for consumption upon arrival (e.g., sour pineapple, overly soft tomatoes, excessive bruising).
  • Damaged: Significantly bruised, broken, or otherwise compromised beyond reasonable expectations during transit.
  • Incorrect Item: Not the produce item you ordered.
  • Missing Item: An item listed on your order confirmation but not included in your delivery.

3. Reporting an Issue: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all issues must be reported within 24 hours of your designated delivery/pickup time.

To report an issue:

  • Please provide your Order Number, the specific item(s) in question, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Photo Evidence is Required: Please include clear photos of the affected produce. This helps us understand the problem and continuously improve our quality control.

4. Our Resolution Process: Once we receive your report and photo evidence within the 24-hour window, our team will review it promptly.

  • If your claim is approved, we will offer you the choice of:
  • A full refund for the value of the affected item(s).
  • A credit towards your next Mi Can't Wait order for the value of the affected item(s).
  • A replacement of the affected item(s) delivered with your next order (where feasible).
  • You do not need to return the physical produce.

5. Exclusions: While we strive for perfection, our Freshness Guarantee does not cover issues arising from the following circumstances:

  • Reports Outside the Timeframe: Issues reported beyond the 24-hour timeframe from your delivery/pickup time.
  • Improper Storage: Quality degradation or spoilage that occurs due to improper storage by the customer after delivery.
  • Failure to Collect: If an order designated for pickup is not collected within the agreed-upon pickup window, we cannot be responsible for its quality degradation or spoilage.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds or replacements for items simply because of a change of mind, incorrect ordering by the customer, or if the customer no longer wants the item after it has been delivered.
  • Subjective Preferences: Issues based purely on subjective preferences (e.g., "I don't like the taste," "It's not as sweet as I expected," or minor variations in size/shape) unless the item deviates significantly from typical market standards for that produce.
  • Minor Imperfections: Small cosmetic imperfections (e.g., slight variations in color, small superficial marks) that are typical for natural farm-fresh items and do not affect the produce's quality or edibility.
  • Force Majeure: Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen transportation disruptions that may impact delivery times or product quality.
